This product is specially designed for high-temperature industrial environments. Made of HDPE composite material with a high-temperature modifier, and treated with a special high-temperature composite process, it possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, with a temperature range of -30℃ to 120℃. It can be used long-term in high-temperature workshop environments of 80-100℃, and can withstand short-term high-temperature drying and handling at 120℃ without melting, sticking, or releasing harmful gases. It perfectly meets the special needs of high-temperature workshop handling, drying process packaging, and high-temperature material storage, unlike ordinary PE bags which are not heat-resistant. Addressing a shortcoming and filling the gap in high-temperature industrial packaging.
The composite material combines high toughness with high-temperature resistance. It boasts excellent toughness, tear resistance, and puncture resistance, effectively resisting material friction and impact in high-temperature environments. This prevents packaging damage leading to material spillage and contamination. Furthermore, it does not easily soften, deform, or age under high temperatures, maintaining structural integrity and sealing performance even after long-term use. The surface is smooth and burr-free; the glossy version is easy to clean, while the matte version is anti-reflective and stain-resistant. Residue from high-temperature materials can be wiped clean directly with warm water. It is reusable multiple times. Significantly reduces packaging costs in high-temperature environments.
The heat-sealing process is optimized for high temperatures, ensuring a strong, leak-free seal with stable high-temperature resistance. Even in high-temperature environments, it prevents seal cracking and leakage, effectively preventing the entry of high-temperature dust and impurities, protecting the cleanliness of the internal materials. Custom sizes and irregular shapes are supported. Opening methods such as flat opening, heat sealing, and handles can be customized according to the size and shape of the high-temperature materials. The handle design facilitates handling in high-temperature environments, improving operational convenience. Custom printing of company logos and high-temperature warning labels (such as "High Temperature Resistant" and "Caution: High Temperature") can enhance brand recognition and remind operators to handle the materials correctly to avoid burns.
